I listen rather other kind of music, but I must say here- this band is really good-class! They played on MOR Vizovice CZ this summer. However I wasn´t there, but my friends were excited!! Just really big storm raged, when they played but they didn´t stop play and funs madden 8)

Extremely over-hyped. Don't get me wrong, I like them, but everyone's acting like they're the greatest thing since sliced bread, which they're not.

Good band, though. 'Asator' is a bitchin' song.

With Oden By Our Side which ive mentioned before, it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up everytime I listen to it, its just that blend of great playing, brutal music and the story telling concept, I follow the album through like a story and becuase it brings out so many emotions for me, for me at least, It is almost a PERFECT album...

I think I have to agree with you... But they have struggled so much so I think they deserve it!

I recently bought Twilight of the Thunder God, I have to give a few more spins before I can leave my judgement.

For me, With Odin... is the poorest in their entire career. As a fact, with the last one, Twilight Of... , they have returned to Faith of Norns sound and composition's structures. imho..

Anyway, great show-band! I saw them last year in Budapest, as live support for Dimmu Borgir... They've teared the fuckin building on us! \m/\m/\m/

i don't really like all that pagan stuff/bands or whatever they call themselves i think they are highly overrated, within few years they do all these headlining tours and now even Obituary has to open for them!! Can't uderstand it, its like Cannibal Corpse that has to open for Children of Bodom on the next european tour, prooves again its all about the money! and then AA has these stupid dolls of them, they are acting on stage real though and shit and then they make fucking dolls of them!!!!

Still one of my favourite bands in this Viking Death Genre, still on my top list and this last album "Twilight of the Thunder God" kicks ass... if ya wanna get the sound a bit more melodic and folkish then check the works of Thyrfing or Manegarm for example! killer underrated bands!!

Slipknot is really a typical shit band.
One time in a the Dynamo fest i'd prefered to see "Kittie"or "Kitty" (a women band)instead of that shit.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OOOOOOOOOOOOOO
it's only what they say! no?
For Amon Amarth first time i heard them,
it was on the website of metalBlade.

An other question 4 u, do you know Catarct ?
4 my part i like krisiun very much vickings are nice but...
i like many death from the north like immortal

salut bande de graisseux
