How many in the forum work out and what kind of stuff do you do?

I'm going to the gym 3-5 days a week (at least when I'm not touring) and walking a lot.

You god damn health nut!

I don't work out on a regular basis, though I probably should. I do however walk every single day. I'm also thinking of taking kickboxing classes again, but we'll see.

Haha, when I'm moving I'm gonna take it to the next level. Me and Legion are planing to begin and train some kind of marshall arts or something this fall.

You just need a job so you have afford to take up the kickboxing again?

Correct. Sadly enough, it's pretty damn expensive. Also, the work out in itself is brutal... brutally awesome, that is. Trust me, your legs will be hurting for days afterwards.

You should definitely try it out. Chances are, after two or three classes, you'll be hooked.

I did hard work out every single day as I've been on hardcore diet once :P 1 1/2 hours running, aerobic, gymnastic.
Today I'm, unfortunately, way too lazy
But I do like 150 sit ups per day to keep my belly straight ha ha  Does that count as work out?

Hi! :)
I started training for new one now because I was not able to solve the gymnastik beside my little girl.I was training every day before with a couple of years, because I wanted to be a soldier, and this was needed for the registration. The work did not succeed, but I countinued the training. No extra, ruin, sitting up, push-up.I have muscular strain very much now. :(

I practice bodybuilding since the age of 20. I' 28 right now. Nowadays guys in my country are so handicaped that they can't even walk on the street properly on a daily walk. Girls seem absolutely grotesque.

Tomas, I like it your new tattoo. Good work.I envy Legion a little bit because I was never able to tattoo it.I do not have patience to it.
